Management's parochial attitude toward employees. CA has some of the finest professionals in the industry, yet they are treated as though they cannot be trusted. The threat of phone calls and computer usage being monitored does not foster a positive attitude among employees. The feeling among many employees is that they are viewed by management as inherently untrustworthy.

The company vision not shared by employees. The middle management is more technology oriented and not greared towards better leadership. Stock options not given to all employees but only to select employees. There should be better training and awards for excellece in performance. The compensation package is lower than the rest of the industry for similar jobs. There is no centralized method of promoting talent from within the company so as to clearly define career paths. The managers should be responsible to boost employee morale.
