      Was a great company with great benefits, but no more

      The employees in Company 32 are amazing, some of the most talented and brilliant people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Executive leadership has no idea what it takes to make a successful business and retain high quality employees. They did away with the company 33 benefits, and flat out lied to the employees about why and how they did it. The benefits were protected under a QSLOB enshrined into the corporate governance, and they gave a promise that they would never change it. Working here under the standard CACI benefits is worse than working at one of the other big defense contractors, and the attrition is showing it.

      I was recruited from another company to come to work at CACI and at the time it was a good change. I loved this company until a couple of months ago. Make your own hours, work form home, great salary and benefits.

      Cons

      WHERE IS THE WORK on the DCSA Contract? The management on the DSCA contract must know what is going on but have not shared anything as to why we have no work. Your algorithm for assigning work is horrible; lets give one guy 18 cases and let 15 of the cases sit idle while the other FI's have no work and have to take leave with out pay. I have bills to pay too, just like everyone else.

      It was a Great Company

      Pros

      LGS Innovations was for many years a truly great company for which to work. There was a family culture and devotion to the mission. However, I need to temper that to state that the company is now owned by CACI, who is quickly putting on their footprint. That will change the culture greatly and I would have to caution anyone looking at LGS Labs to consider that this once great culture is likely gone.

      Cons

      It was a great company that unfortunately will be changing since acquired by CACI. Prior to this acquisition I would have recommended working there without reservation. I now would greatly caution anyone looking to join LGS Labs (formerly LGS Innovations) as major changes are on the horizon and they do not look good.
