Pleasant place to work, friendly coworks and administrator. A lot of help to new people, such as senior faculty mantuor, release time.

Cons

salary level is so so, small town environment, which may be desirable for some people, but not myself. Hard for spouse to find a job.

Wonderful and supportive team working with the cards we were dealt.

Cons

Severely underpaid and overworked as exempt employees. Administration mainly focuses on the bottom line to the detriment of the students and student services.
