-Awesome benefits -Great skills advancement opportunities -Extremely flexible hours/vacation time -Decent pay scale -Fairly relaxed working environment -Beautiful location to settle

Cons

-Work feels like more of a political battle than actual progression -VERY non-flat hierarchy; manager to worker ratio is fairly high -Don't expect to move up fast; the people in management positions have been and will be in them for quite a long time. -You are forced into unionization; if this is not something you can agree with, you should look elsewhere for a job.

Pleasant place to work, friendly coworks and administrator. A lot of help to new people, such as senior faculty mantuor, release time.

Cons

salary level is so so, small town environment, which may be desirable for some people, but not myself. Hard for spouse to find a job.
