Good old boys club with lots of infighting between departments. Very adversarial environment with developers working in silos and competing against each other. Application development dept repeatedly instructed not to speak to each other unless directly related to work being performed. Friendly work environment discouraged. Inexperienced managers sharing private personal information with their cronies/drinking buddies at the bar , creating tension within groups as everyone knows your salary. No long term road map with consideration for scalability within key applications. Skilled resources not utilized and work is wasted repeatedly as management constantly changes priorities. Most employees live in fear of reprisal and don’t voice concerns. The firm constantly tries to brainwash employees about the wonderful culture and values which are in direct conflict with the toxic, non collaborative culture that middle management fosters. Don’t believe the lip service.
