Pros

The level of competence in the team members were great. There are a lot of smart people there and the help you become smarter also. The work life balance in unsurpassed by any other place I have worked.

Cons

Change may come a little to rapidly. Some times it's hard to track changes in how things are done because it tends to happen so fast.

Excellent benefits, including free lunch on Fridays. Nice coffee machines. Frequent leftover gourmet sandwiches from long daily management lunch meetings.

Cons

Inexperienced family/friends of one department head overpopulate middle-management, resulting in incompetent decision-making, poorly-trained employees, low moral, and decreased employee satisfaction.
