Pros

Carfax believes in work life balance. By 6 pm, 90% of the company has left the building. Very little micromanagement. They allow for a ton of team building activities including relay races, pie eating contests, dance offs. Lobbies are filled with put put, wiis and shuffle board. Everyone is supreme friendly and genuinely like each other. Free Friday lunches!!

Cons

Lack of formal training. Training normally consists of shadowing and meetings with othe colleagues. Be prepared to spend a high percentage of your days in meetings.

Pros

Great benefits,good time off,corporate culture originally great,great products that you can believe in. Product growth is great and improving dailey.If, your in the main office they provide free lunch every Friday.Outside employee's get great shirts,jackets,hats etc.Great contests to reach their metric's with great prizes.

Cons

Middle managers need to be held accountable for their actions and performance.The turn over has increased tremendously and must be costing the company huge dollars.The nepotism and favoritism is ruining the company and will eventualy cost them huge dollars.They are no longer the little company with the great product and the competion is catching you.Outside employee's must always remember the BIG Brother is,watching.

Great benefits, time off, not micromanged for the most part, great product that you can believe in, coworkers are wonderful, free friday lunch

Cons

some managers not the visionary you'd expect, while a technology company some of the way business is done is very archaic
