Carvana is one of the best places to work in town. Being a recent graduate, I often hear my friends complaining about there jobs and how much they dread going to work every day. That is not the case here at Carvana. There is a very employee friendly atmosphere here where everyone knows everybody. If you have a suggestion on how to make the car buying process better of more efficient, management will listen to your ides and implement them if they are do-able. Some of the many bonuses of working at Carvana include catered lunches/ food trucks, Holiday parties, monthly team outings, unlimited overtime, and a great startup culture.

It's been very fulfilling working at Carvana. I wake up everyday feeling energize to go to the office and be around people who are just as passionate about the vision, and mission of this company. Carvana fosters an environment of collaboration, and you do not need a title to have your ideas come to life. Aside from the intrinsic motivation I feel from the work itself, Carvana does a lot to build team spirit. They organize hikes up Camelback Mountain and Kickball, have fitbit contests, onsite happy hour, and lunch and learns with other startup founders. Additionally it's not unusual for us to have brainstorming sessions over a game of ping pong, or cornhole (we see our execs do this all the time). Also, for a startup, the benefits are pretty good.
