CBEM is constantly in hiring mode and there is a reason for this: management acts as if staff are expendable and have shown an unwillingness to listen to constructive feedback. Many long-time employees have left in recent years and there is no sign of management looking introspectively to understand why so many key people are on their way out. Company culture has shifted recently. Issues are brought up to Human Resources and there seems to be no resolution. Asking for clarification is viewed negatively. Management makes unfair criticism and then says that they didn't say it when they are asked about it. Company policies and procedures change constantly, sometimes just to change back to an older way of doing things without much explanation.
