Pros

I wish I had something good to say, but I am having a hard time doing so. Maybe the internal team experience. Site was like a family. Then CCL bought business and ruined all of that.

Cons

Used employees experience then closed facility and moved operations out of the US. Originally an Avery Dennison facility. Once CCL purchased the Office Products Division it literally sucked the life out of all employees on all levels. Senior management lied to the general populous just to save their job and annual bonus.

Close to my house. Focused company. They invest in equipment.

Cons

Disorganized. Unethical. Dishonest. Worst of old boys network. Be an old white guy or get out. Fired everyone in management that knew anything about the business.

Pros

The few people left post Avery Dennison sale are Smart and hard working. Good office location - mall and restraunts.

Cons

- No career path - Senior leaders who are in over their heads - No guidance on path to growth, leadership expects the people who are doing everything to also be visionary. - too much work for one person to handle - terrible morale. I'm a positive person but it's draining and contagious. - trying to do everything while actually doing nothing.
