Competitive Salary; opportunity to step into a leadership role; tremendous opportunity to learn while doing; and other directors are willing to be supporting and helpful

Not enough training in fundraising for new directors, lack of support from execs., commute to client sites can be far and wide, high expectations and little role of error, high potential for burn out

Pay and benefits are the only good thing here.

Cons

Provides no training, they want you to do the job with zero training. Expect you to not take breaks as meetings are more "important". Higher ups/HR don't help you either. Managers judge you on how you use your personal time outside of work. Newsflash, we have lives outside of the company. Being in such a toxic company isn't worth enduring for the pay. Go work anywhere but here. They preach healthy work life and positivity but practice nothing of the sort.
