Great people to work with. Colleagues are a very educated and talented group of professionals. You will accumulate excellent experience very quickly. Wide variety of assignments e.g. feasibility studies, capital campaigns across many sectors etc
Cons
The company culture is principal and client focused only and in that order, which sounds partially right but they have unbelievable employee turnover. There is no investment in staff development. This company only takes. It has multiple layers of ridiculous titles and the pay is not comparible with other roles you could secure with similar responsibilities. You sign up for relocation - so no point grumbling about it when it happens - however their policies are inconsistent and there is a lack of transparency about fairness of pay and remuneration.
