Pros
Pay is good (better than entry level development positions). Interesting people to work with and in general a lot of different backgrounds. They generally try to make the travel aspect easy, seeing as it is tantamount to the job. You can learn a lot and gain knowledge/skills at a rapid pace.
Cons
Amateur hour in the HR department, although in kind with most other big firms-- they're looking out for the firm, not for the employee (you). Outside of the company, nobody seems to know who they are, so be warned when looking for a job. Interview process is ludicrous compared to other analyst/consultant jobs. Benefits aren't that great (CIgna being notoriously hard to deal with). There's a lot of masters to serve (to use a cliche) and no way of knowing which is the right one versus which is the one that will help you on an assignment. Employee resources re: online learning are dated and not very useful. Like other reviews, retention rate isn't great, but they're large and the hire and fire is de rigueur.
