Overworked, lateral leadership, does not care for employees

My immediate team is awesome and the individual offices

Cons

Corporate office is horrible, they don't care for the employees, over worked with no overtime, no engagement... This is honestly just a paycheck and as soon as I find something else I am leaving this horrible job!

Pros

No experience required to get hired. Willing to give you a chance. Overtime possible when approved. Flexible hours: get there before or at 9 AM, work eight hours and leave. I generally get out by 3 PM and work a half day on Friday.

Cons

CDI is a contractor to GE Aviation. On top of the bureaucracy at CDI, you also have to deal with that of GE. Most of the work is drafting; very little engineering at this point.
