Departments like payroll, recruitment process, employee service rep, HR, CDI university are very quick in responding to employee.

Cons

Sales team may not be able to place them for the next project for the continuity, once the current contract comes to an end.

The office was located in Montana. I was able to work with some good people and see some awesome technology.

Cons

Future growth was severely limited to the type of contract work CDI was willing to take on. Advance design was not in the cards, despite promises to the contrary.

virtual home office environment. payrate competitive accessible via phone calls for communications

Cons

had to use the internal CDI travel office to make business travel arrangments without input on schedule and vendors, and required to stay at hotels different from the project team member's hotels. constantly changing hotels that were booked from week to week. occassional lack of updates on contract renewal/extensions
