Pros

Workflow isn't bad Management is nice

Cons

Constant coaching and criticism despite receiving good call reviews Every good thing you do is met with "great job! Here's how it can be better..." They break you down more than they build you up but I don't think they realize it. The bonus structure isn't really attainable with current call volume and the pay isn't enough alone.

Pros

Very good pay. Very good benefits. Most managers are good. Work life balance is good.

Cons

The engineering staff is below average, with almost none in North America and mostly contractors or offshore workers. Particularly mediocre enterprise architecture team, making amateur decisions for the org. Though mostly management in NA is good, they need to build a competent team locally (again, that was brain-drained or laid off)
