      Keeps Sliding Downhill

      Pros

      Respect for the work-life balance and wonderful, wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Every year, every month, perks and benefits declined. They started moving as many jobs as they could to India, no one felt as if their jobs were safe. They released products at such a frantic rate that they don't wait to fix major bugs and UI issues, so employees aren't proud of CDK products. The best they can say is that they're proud of the POTENTIAL of those products.

      A great company gone downhill

      Pros

      CDK Global was the former Dealer Services division of the great and venerable ADP, Inc. It spun off into it's own company in 2014 and it's been downhill ever since.

      Cons

      Since spinning off from ADP, what was a great benefits package is now a shadow of that. They have been engaging is downsizing and offshoring since the spinoff as well. You are told you are achieving all your goals one week, and laid off the next. I would't go back if it were the last place on Earth.

      None, as you can see from the reviews, if they have between 2 to 5 stars, those were reviews forced to be written by mgmt. Have witnessed first hand. Check out the reviews and how many "helpful" marks they have. The ones that have the higher numbers of "helpful" flags, are the TRUTH. Beware of anything else

      Cons

      They are moving everything to India, and you can see from the reviews, that even they aren't happy. Management has no clue about what is going on, they just care about a paycheck, nothing more. Customers and employees are not valued, only shareholders opinions and concerns are valued. Run, don't walk away. Insurance is ridiculous, time off is hard to come by because of the rounds and rounds of layoffs that were in 2017 to continue into 2018. Beware, no one is safe.
