Pros

Pay is alright Great place to get your foot in the door Coworkers and direct management provide a friendly atmosphere and laid back environment as opposed to a stressful one Company provides some fun engagement, such as food truck fridays and bagel mondays

Cons

Upper management is incredibly out of touch with lower level employee culture and needs Benefits have gotten worse Job security feels at an all time low, anyone could go any time - quite possibly due to being replaced by outsourcing their position to India Internal process changes have let to a massive shift in how things are done and even after several months have left the majority of employees feeling uncomfortable with it Many employees have left the company already citing these specific reasons, but pleas continue to fall on deaf ears - I believe this trend will continue.

benefits, paycheck, and some very nice coworkers.

Cons

layoffs have become a monthly event. this is happening at the same time that company spends lavishly on consultants and outsources as many jobs as possible out of the country.

We'd like to take a moment to address your concerns - while we were able to predict some situations prior to the spin, we've found that a lot of processes needed attention in ways we couldn't foresee. However, we've been successful in reducing the number of duplicate or redundant positions, we've built stronger teams, and we're improving internal efficiency. This is very important for our growth on a global scale. We need to expand global teams to effectively provide excellence in customer service to our international clients.

Co-workers are supportive. Great place to be retired from.

Cons

I came to CDK from one of the many companies ADP gobbled up before spinning off CDK. In the final two years before I retired, I watched as CDK gutted an already substandard health insurance program, closed dozens of offices to consolidate operations in Cincinnati (with people who make substantially less than those they replaced), and moved many jobs to India (where compensation is much lower).
