      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. Due to how difficult CDK is to work with, I now get paid to deal with then so others don't have to.

      Cons

      No moral, low wages, ever increasing work load, no advancement, they have laid off majority of people who knew what they were doing.

      it's a free country so you don't HAVE to work at CDK Global.

      Cons

      I could rant all day but it all can be summed up as: Honesty - the company lacks the ability to be honest about almost any action taken. Last week more than 700 CDK Global associates were let go. This morning our division leader told us they did this because: "They are listening to us" What?! It's such a dishonest statement. The execs that run the company have been trying to sell CDK for 2 years. The mass layoffs had nothing to do with frontline associates and everything to do with the sale.

      Pros

      Convient Seattle location, decent happy hours and bagel days, great building staff.

      Cons

      Certain managers play favoritism and provide zero feedback if you aren’t their “friend”. No team meetings or stand-ups/syncs. Constantly left to fend for yourself in difficult and complex client situations. Not a positive work environment and everyone equally complains daily about their role.
