great event manager and assistants. they are people persons and respectible to all advisors Like coming to work. ALWAYS greeted with a good morning or afternoon. all sales advisors and managers bond and like each other. We have a unique situation .We all help each other unselfishly. The situation reflects in our sales. PS The costco managers and employees are wonderful. We are like a second family.

very flexible hours for a decent wage, paid training, no pressure and a supportive environment. You get to work at your own pace and can constantly interact with the customers.

Cons

limited potential for pay advances as well as limited rewards for doing well other than small competitions with things like diner for two to the person who sells the most.

They are pretty good at being flexible with the employees and their schedule Pretty easy in the sense you're basically cook/serve to demonstrate food items.

Cons

If you are not a people oriented person, this job isn't for you. Lack of egalitarian for all employees by management. No raises and very minute bonus you get after accumulating a large amount of points. No career growth or advancements. Hiring a teenager supervisor with no professional experience.
