Company no longer has any integrity. People are promoted because it looks good on paper but they have no relevant experience pertaining to their position. They claim safety is #1. So than why are people in charge that no nothing about real world process safety.Putting a safety supervisor with no operational knowledge in charge of an anhydrous ammonia terminal is reckless and will eventually get someone injured or worse. People that do care and want to do the right thing, are bulldozed by the bureaucracy and will eventually have no morale and cease to care about the work that they do. This in turn feeds the endless cycle of negativity prevalent throughout this company. Which is painfully evident by the employment revolving door. If you are a hard worker and care about your work.
