Management is disorganized and doesn’t listen to the firm wide survey results / discounts results to make excuses. The MPs will make a story fit a person who they want to Promote regardless of whether that person meets their numbers and is qualified / deserves the promotion.

Doing nothing seems to get employees promoted while employees who work their tails off get nothing. Bonuses are next to nothing unless you (again) work your tail off and that is IF the work is there. It all comes down to who you know and how much you can get away with.
