Pros

Get to meet different companies, work with different people. Also shows you what type of companies you don't want to work for.

Cons

Backstabbing mentality. Unless you are liked by upper management, you will have a difficult time there. If you end up in a project that doesn't enable you to learn new skills, you are criticized for it in your review.

Zero investment in employees

Pros

Regular paycheck although it's only once a month. Some people are nice. Some clients are nice to work for. Finally rented a professional office space.

Cons

Pay is kind of low and the so called overtime bonus is kind of a joke. Not time and a half plus you have to wait a year to collect it. Communication is bad at this firm. At times I felt I do not have a boss as I was completely ignored by people I was reporting to. Unlike Big 4, CFGI invests nothing in its employees. They just want you to work as many hours as possible and not take vacation or get sick as it would lower your overtime bonus. Trainings are useless, they put the entire firm in the training room, no matter what level you are, and the training materials are very basic. Workforce is very disconnected. Horrible work life balance. Unpredictable schedules. Benefits are very expensive.
