Good work-life balance. Depending on the project, you may end up working Big 4 hours but only for a short period of time. Overtime hours are compensated if certain thresholds are met.

Cons

This is a small firm, and therefore faces the same challenges small firms face.

-Different side of client service compared to big 4. -Work with smart and driven people. -Good flexibility (working remotely a lot). -Overtime hours factored into bonus.

-Some travel (inherent with consulting). -Can run into long hours.

Much more interesting than being an auditor, you work around very smart and capable people, client list is mostly Big 4 clients, you also get operational experience working with clients hands on

Cons

For somebody that doesn't like the fast paced and unpredictable nature of of client service, this job would not be for you
