I have been in the staffing industry my entire career and with CFS for almost 7 years now. I can say without a doubt this is the best company to be associated with if you are seeking a career in the staffing industry. The level of professionalism, opportunities for career growth, and investment in their employees is unequaled. I have seen the grass on the other side of the fence and there is no place I would rather be than at CFS.

Cons

There are none that come immediately to mind. If any issues due arise upper level management works diligently to address them in a diplomatic and compromising way. You are always treated like a professional and respected as an individual.
