Pros

-The job is what you make of it. If you put work and effort in, you can do very well. -There are tools in place to guide you and help you succeed, and at the same time, management is very open to input from staff. You are welcome and encouraged to share your ideas. -The employees are great! Employees who do well here stay and enjoy a long career with CFS. Company-wide people nice, helpful, and are willing to answer questions or give advice. There is friendly (not cut-throat) competition among branches. -I have seen a lot of people advance. There is not a huge corporate structure; management does what makes sense and what they can to help you move forward in your career.

Cons

There is a high volume of activity. If things are slow, you have to work to make action happen. If you want to do well, you have to put in effort. That’s the nature of the work. I don’t know any sales or recruiting positions that aren’t this way…

Pros

Great upper management, financial opportunity (commission-based)

Cons

Not much room for career growth (in title), small fish-big pond (large competitors with economies of scale on service rates)
