Pros

Not very many except you learn recruiting and resume writing skills. Helps knowing the back end process; what employers are looking for in interviews and on your resume.

Cons

Micro-management to the fullest and unobtainable expectations for differentiating market areas. ALL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY ARE DIFFERENT. This is an easy understanding of basic marketing that refers to demographics and target market. Also, way too many phone calls, report, and unnecessary administrative duties that take up quality time.

Pros

They offer somewhat decent pay and are a ESOP company. Which only pays off if you can even last 5 years.

Cons

Everything else. Poor training, employees are micromanaged, unstructured environment, high turnover, branches are small/ineffective and quality of work is under appreciated.

Pros

Good pay. Flexible hours.

Cons

Micromanaged by Office Manager. Coworkers are not helpful and would like nothing more than to see new people fail. Management tends to play favorites No opportunity to advance.
