      Composition, location, employee owned company, the people you network with, provides training in Boston but will terminate you during the training process!

      Cons

      No work life balance, management talks down to people-belittles the team that’s making you money. MICROMANAGED, METRICS UNREACHABLE, mandatory conference calls during lunch break,

      Pros

      One of the VPs seems to really care about developing new people. Seriously? I can't think of twenty good words to say.

      Cons

      The other VP cares only about the bottom line. You'll never hear from the president. The turnover is unmatched--some people last less than one month. Six people came and went in my office alone during 2016--no one fired--everyone quit. My office in particular lacked leadership on a local level. Very low profitability as well. Not a motivating or uplifting environment. If you're eager and hungry, looking for leadership and guidance, or just want to make a great living... RUN to a competitor!!!!

      Pros

      Its a great place to work for if you strive in making money for your self and the company. On the ER role, its all about keeping a good momentum and there is good tools that CFS can help you accomplish that. If you do have that drive to make money, its a great place and job to be successful and happy.

      Cons

      Management needs to probably be more strategic in working with different generations. Nothing that is extremely negative, but I can see as we are getting to me more of a Millennium focused world, some practices with encouraging this generation can be differ from past generations.
