Pros

They really support you at a team level and work with you to get a feel for the business. Have a good structure in place to make you successful.

Cons

Challenging to get your own book of business when walking into a already developed department who has ownership of the majority of good clients. Not much of a work life balance because always needed to be timely to get back to emails to clients and potential candidates 24/7 to show good customer services.

A contract employer so a reasonable choice as an interim position prior to landing full time employment with a company.

Cons

Their policy for paying "holiday" pay is written to imply that one can receive holiday pay for all six standard federal holidays. Their implementation of this benefit does not follow how it's written and in biased so that one can only achieve holiday pay for three holidays in a given year.

Cons

Micromanagement on everything-even the use of scripts! Unrealistic expectations and things are either their way or no way. Only still here because of the pandemic during which I am not keen on looking for a new role.
