      Pros

      The top producers and upper management will go above and beyond to be mentors. Everyone shares ideas. The company continues to grow. Ethics are important here.

      Cons

      None outside of the general stress that comes with the industry. At least with this company they give you tools to help get you through the lows and will celebrate the highs with you.

      Pros

      CFS has a really great company culture, employee owned, good benefits, and an overall good work environment. I love that I'm not being micromanaged, but my Directing Manager is always around and available to help and answer any questions that I may have. I came from a job that I LOVED and I was afraid I would never find anything like it and I am happy to say that this job has more than exceeded what I was looking for.

      Cons

      Every company has its down side, but overall nothing that makes me dislike my job. It can be a little frustrating at times when dealing with candidates/clients, but that is going to be like any job where you are working with people in general.

      Pros

      Not very many except you learn recruiting and resume writing skills. Helps knowing the back end process; what employers are looking for in interviews and on your resume.

      Cons

      Micro-management to the fullest and unobtainable expectations for differentiating market areas. ALL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY ARE DIFFERENT. This is an easy understanding of basic marketing that refers to demographics and target market. Also, way too many phone calls, report, and unnecessary administrative duties that take up quality time.
