Fantastic management team. Western Canada is doing well, and employees are treated with respect and given opportunities to grow. From observation, our office seems to have much better employee turnover than Ontario/Quebec, likely due to the great work environment and caring management. Good work/life balance, really interesting work. I highly recommend the local office, it was a great experience and I'm sad to be laid off.

Cons

While the local office is fantastic (you might actually get to stay here until retirement if you wish!), the company as a whole is very aggressive with takeovers and subsequent restructuring (all good things financially, just cruel for affected employees). Corporate jobs are unstable due to constant cost restructurings. Corporate positions are paid less than comparable positions in other companies.
