Gives you a room for creating your own procedures and timing, working remotely whenever possible and respect for you talent and skill set.

Cons

Stressful a bit since the industry is competitive. Deadlines are in every task and lots of meetings.

Cons

My manager is a micro manager to the Nth degree. At the company, you are just a number. My manager is not familiar with work/life balance. Pay is lower than comparables.
