Pros

The finance team at CGI is made up of 4 people including myself. So it is hands on and there are tons of opportunities to learn. Other pros include - friendly environment - amazing office set up and great kitchen - you can learn as much as you are willing to learn - seems to be a .org to grow in the company - many offices so you could even transfer to another city after you put in your time.

Cons

You are pretty much expected to stay til around 5 most days even if you show up at 7. You need to take full responsibility for learning and growing it is YOUR JOB your success or failure is based solely off your own initiative.
