Became good friends with some of my colleagues

Company lacks a clear and consistent long term vision and instead chases after whatever looks like it will bring short term revenue to keep the lights on. As a result our attempts to focus on building a product have turned into just chasing whatever random project someone will buy. Most senior leaders lack the technical skills or the operational experience required to succeed at scale.

The company made a good decision to involve external company to manage all product testing. The engineering team operates via strict agile framework and performs well. The release cycle follows strict SDLC promotion protocols. Everything is automated and this allows for consistent and standardized results.

Cons

Still suffers from favoritism in some areas.
