There is a glaring lack of clear direction which has left the workforce demotivated and disillusioned. What was once a vibrant company full of energy is now a real mess. Seems like we just chase randomly after anything that moves without any clear plan week to week. Lots of promises from the top that consistently fail to materialize to the point that almost nobody trusts the communications being given.
CEO is an extreme micro manager who lacks the experience, leadership qualities and skills to nurture and grow a technology company. Our manager frequently complains that it is hard for our team to get anything done because of the CEO's severe micromanagement of even the most trivial of tasks inside the company. He should just get out of the way and let people do their job.
There have been so many departures recently that it is hard to keep track of who is even still around. Of those left it seems most of us are just waiting to finalize our next roles elsewhere until we too get out.
