1. Descent company with average benefits 2. Reasonable work/life balance

Cons

1. Consultant versus Permanent dilemma: In theory, consultants are supposed to be around for 2 years max and they should work in the areas where they have expertise! In reality, they stay for long periods of time, they do not have any specific expertise in many cases and they become "permanent consultants" with way higher salaries. 2. Permanent salaries are on the lower end of the market. 3. All the internal moves are considered lateral moves: Architects, Analysts, Developers, Integrators, Designers and Testers are all considered the same grade.

great pay and benefits company has lots of budget to do large-scale projects

Cons

Lots of `lifers` who have never worked elsewhere and think Cn is God`s gift to mankind Abusive culture of working employees to the bone/tons of overtime Total chaos in the IT department no more bonus, cutback on benefits uninspiring CEO, lead by fear
