While some co workers we very good at what they did some didn’t care about your training as an African American man I was flushed out of of the company for being black. First I was called for a drug test sat out of work for a whole Month. Was cleared back to work then, worked for two weeks then was let go claiming that I wasn’t focused enough. Meanwhile the person who gave me the review of not being focused was on his phone reading books and reading news papers while in route. I knew something was up when an OJT trainer told me that the company intentionally tries to flush out black employees. 10/10 would not recommend for people of color.
