      Pros

      Nice downtown location. Colleagues were helpful and prepared.

      Cons

      I worked for less than a year with a company and I am young out of school undergraduate. They use an at-will contract and I was discharged without previous notice at 5 pm on my last day. If you are looking for a place to gain mentorship and build meaningful relations, look somewhere

      Pros

      People are great; Salary is a huge plus. The level of responsibility management gives you to run a book of business is high. I came out of the trainee program and a lot is thrown at you that first year- expectations from management is high.

      Cons

      Workload is too high. Software is extremely out of date, which makes keeping up with your workload difficult. The expectations of management is unrealistic- there is a reason for the high turnover at that office in similar positions.
