Pros

Wonderful place to work. The company really looks out for their employees. The company takes the time to develop their employees by giving them the tools they need to advance themselves.

Cons

There is nothing I can say negative about CNA. It is a wonderful place to work.

Pros

Great 401k and holiday pay. Nice 37.5 weekly work hours and PTO. Great Chicago Loop location to access public transportation.

Cons

In the WWO department there is a deceitful poor leadership culture. An inadequate work processes and multiple obsolete systems that lead to many errors. Unrealistic department goals that ultimately causes poor annual reviews that leads to no salary increase. Poor healthcare benefits. Management team unfairly promotes employees that can be manipulated and controlled.

Pros

Management values employees. Flexible work arrangements. Focused goals. CNA knows where it wants to be in the next 5 and 10 years. They are building products for the future.

Cons

Technology. Ease of conducting business. Staffing resources. Management has clear goals for the company but the resources for achieving those goals were not in place when I departed.
