      Pros

      Hybrid schedule (after pandemic) Free coffee and soda Free food a lot of the time

      Cons

      If you don't know someone at this company, they will not hire you. Extreme nepotism was experienced when I was there - sure, free food and gift cards are awesome but being micromanaged isn't. Employees are being promoted to managers after being freshly hired in a junior role for 5 months. ????? Lots of red flags left me to seek other employment. One of those companies that are too good to be true.

      Under payed over worked

      Pros

      PTO and most people that do most of the work are nice. Soda machine was nice

      Cons

      Years in the company does not mean experience. Many of the people i worked with were there 20,30 years but that does not mean they were good that there job. Some areas did most of the work and got no thanks or praise, credit always went to the others, but saying something is not being done the right way or make a mistake and you never hear the end if it. Lots of pointing the blame when not owning up to when others made mistakes. Pay is way below standard. Left for a competitor, 40% more pay for less stress and less work.

      Thanks for your review, and we're sorry that you did not have an excellent experience with us. One thing we've done recently is introduce our quarterly Applause Huddle, which is when the whole company takes an hour to celebrate recent wins - whether that's a big client conversion or the release of a new product. Many of our biggest efforts are felt company-wide, so taking some time to thank the many, many employees who contribute their talent to these projects is very important to us! Creating an environment of diversity and inclusion where every employee has opportunities for growth is a major focus, as is developing Management Expectations and Officer Non-Negotiables that will help us to ensure a consistent culture of accountability, forward-thinking, and leadership development.

      Work Life balance, enthusiastic focus on employee well being. Catered lunches and massages were great benefits.
