Pros

Benefits are enough to keep you happy, along with programs for education as long as it's in the budget and purchasing new computers.

Cons

For a communications company, they don't communicate that well. Heavy on the micro-managing and babysitting. Not much of a work-life balance. not very forgiving on family events. Good for giving excuses such as not in the budget when applying for education funding. Strict on policies. Very poor on career advancements.

Cons

very little room for advancement very strict on their policies a lot of micro management its their way or the highway
