Pros

There are some amazing managers at Cogeco who really support growth and development opportunities. Cogeco is lucky enough to have some amazing people working for them that are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They are very supportive when it comes to work/life balance and are very flexible with work arrangements.

Cons

School-yard politics among co-workers can make this a difficult place to be.

Pros

free cable internet with discounted PVR with all channels including TMN, Have social club,and great prizes to motivate the staff. Go all out on Christmas party. Have BBQ days, ice cream days..etc.. lots of perks

Cons

Very strict with complience. If have to go to bathroom, messes with your time. Your calls are recorded and marked. Very strict with what you have to say (script) in calls and make sure upsell..so many things to hit. hard to get high scores all time. Hard to advance-unless your from Bell
