Very functional, but not a lot of room for fun.

Clear goals -- Lots of feedback -- Supervisor is almost always available - socializing is fine, when professional about it (don't distract others). Great social program

Cons

Sometimes overwhelming ie - call volumes, goals leave little room for interpretation (it is what it is, and it will not change) -- social program costs some money off of your pay -- can get stale and repetitive -- too scripted (no room to try your own solutions if not in per-approved steps)
