Pros

Upper management seem very interested in helping and working with their employees as well as being very fair. It is a very stable environment and their are lots of opportunities to explore area's of creative interest and the company is willing to pay for further training in your area of interest.

Cons

Middle management is very different from senior management. They seem to be more interested in protecting their spot as opposed to helping their employees develop. Unfortunately because it is a good place to work there is very little opportunity to move up because nobody leaves.

Great discount on services, pretty good pay and benefits, opportunities for growth, developing quick thinking, organizational, and impeccable interpersonal skills

Cons

Can sometimes feel like your treated like a child - have to wait for your break to use the washroom, can't pull out your cell phone even when you sit for hours with no work to be done. Decisions for the department made by those who don't take employee satisfaction into consideration
