Cogeco has a very collaborative culture where everyone helps everyone else achieve their objectives.

Cons

Marching orders come from higher up and often, people without the expertise needed are given the authority to make decisions. It can be frustrating at times and causes much stress (when we end up doing the wrong things) and is a sure fire recipe for disengagement.
