Overall the company is still somewhat supportive of work life balance (in theory) Still some great people who care and support each other (but those who are wise are leaving)

Cons

Leadership is entirely focused on politics and who gets the next promotion. Very toxic environment at management level. Trust no one. Hemorrhaging customers in a dying market and no clear vision on how to adapt to the new reality. Decisions are taken to find ways to cut costs and squeeze every penny from customers instead of trying to develop a better customer experience. Not a sustainable approach nor motivating for employees. The customer friendly reputation is being destroyed in a quest for every last dollar.
