Pros

Company really invests in clinicians with great CEU and tuition allowance, mentorship and new hire training program. Opportunity for manual certification and residency program. Opportunities for advancement especially for clinicians, as company tends to promote from within. Managers get to really "manage" the clinics and learn business side vs just treating patients. Good insurance benefits, PTO and 401k.

They give benefits for those who want to continue education. And also there are bonuses if certain accomplishments are met.

Cons

There's not much growth offered for employees that are not therapists. All managers are treating therapists, they have to balance both management and treating.

Pros

Rewarding work environment for passionate individuals with a strong work ethic, and a positive mindset. Plenty of opportunities to learn and develop professionally. Excellent health/dental/vision benefits, bonus potential through employee points program, and 401K. CORA is a fantastic company!

Cons

Communication is limited with some of the internal departments, unless you personally reach out to build relationships. However, even after establishing relationships, at times there is a disconnect.
