CORA offers significant opportunity for clinical specialization, both through certifications and with board specialty goals. It is a busy environment, given the reality of reimbursement in the state and the trends in healthcare, but given the stability of CORA through the ups and downs in healthcare, the outlook is positive. Communication from upper levels is improving and the opportunities are expanding to help differentiate CORA and quality of care from other competitors in the area.

Cons

Caseload is high, as we treat the majority of patients who competitors refuse because of insurance types.

CORA Physical Therapy is a warm and friendly company to work for that supports clinicians to provide great care for patients. They value continuing education and have paid for several CEU including manual therapy certification and OCS residency. In this outpatient setting I am able to keep my skills current in seeing heavily ortho/sports, but also peds, vestibular, and neuro patients as well. This company is staffed with very caring and friendly member who make it easy to go to work every day.

Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment.
