CORA Rehabilitation provides many paid opportunities for developing clinical skills for the new grads and seasoned therapists. They offer CEU courses and post-graduate certificates to their employees. There are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Good for New Grads, but then move on

Pros

Great about hiring new grads right out of school and helping them gain experience in the field. There are a select very few clinics that are really great because of what the clinic managers have done.

Cons

Take advantage of new grads regarding low pay rate hired at, and high efficiency expectations after the first several months. No bonus or incentive structure in place if you and/or clinic provides exceptional care and high efficiency numbers. No pay raise in the almost 3 years I was working there then a 2-3% was offered when I pushed for it and filed the paperwork. PT's forced to do 30 min evals most of the day while PTA's treat 2-3 patients an hour all day.
