A Berkshire Hathaway Company that has been successful for over 40 years, but is not content on past success. They are growing the business by adding party rental to it's portfolio, emphasizing Workplace sales, and focusing on development and succession planning for future success. They really are working to change with the times and meet current customer needs.

Cons

Change can be difficult, especially when things have been done a certain way for so long. Those who are comfortable with status quo will be very uncomfortable while transition occurs.
